Transfers
Transfers are included from the Brussels airport on August 7th or 8th and to the Basel or Zurich Airport on August 15th.
We will contact all guests as the cruise approaches to get your flight details, so we can arrange your included transfers. If you would prefer to submit them now, please

A few weeks before the cruise, we will email your cruise documents. This will give you information on the exact docking location for the ship, transfer details, packing suggestions, excursion details, etc.

do not need to sign up for excursions ahead of time. You will make your selections once on the ship.

What time can we board the ship on August 7th?
You can board the ship at any time, but the rooms will not be ready until about 3pm. You're free to drop your luggage and explore the city or hang out on the ship and have lunch.What airport do we fly into and out of?
You'll fly into Brussels and you can depart from Basel or Zurich, but there will be a lot better flight selection from Zurich.How early of a flight can we get from Basel or Zurich?
The earliest recommend flight time from Basel is 12:00 PM and Zurich is 1:00 PM.With the time change and multiple cities, can you help me figure out the flight dates and times?
When you search flights on your airlines website, the flight times listed will be local time in the arrival and departure cities. Unless you plan to arrive on an earlier date, you'll want to arrive in Brussels on August 7th, so you'll depart the USA on August 6th. For the departure, unless you opt to stay over, you'll depart from Basel at 12pm or after or Zurich at 1pm or after. When searching, you'll have to select the advanced search or multi-city search.What time are the transfers to and from the airport?
For guests arriving on the trip's scheduled date of August 8th, or August 7th with VIP Early Boarding, and departing on August 15th, transfers are included in your cruise fare and will be set up according to your flight schedule.
