    Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

    Most plans exclude pre-existing medical conditions if you do not purchase the plan within 14 days of the initial trip deposit, but our Group Advantage Plan covers pre-existing medical conditions* (except NY residents), in most cases, if you purchase it before the trip final payment due date.  See the plan for exclusions and limitations.

    *NY residents must purchase the policy within 14 days of the initial trip payment to get the waiver of pre-existing conditions exclusion.   

    Helpful Tips
    • You'll need your trip costs and initial trip deposit date to get a quote. You can find this in your client portal by clicking here and look at the payment history for the date of your first payment.

    • Click on "Benefits" to see the coverage amounts.   

    • Click on "Select Product", then near the bottom, click on "Plan and Pricing Details", then click on "Plan Details" to view the entire policy, which includes the detailed coverage and exclusion information. 

    • *To view the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver, scroll down under General Exclusions to see if you qualify for coverage for Pre-Existing Medical Conditions.

    • If you reside in the same household, you can purchase one plan.

    You can always update your plan later when you add flights or other items you would like covered.  You must add these to your policy within 14 days of their purchase.
